Upon receipt the goods, if you find any damage before using / wearing, please take clear photos and email them to us within 48 hours. We will immediately assess the situation and handle it accordingly. If we verify that exchange conditions are met, please send the goods back to our designated office location at your own expense (customers bear shipping fees) within 3 days.
